JAMCO America relies on its extensive knowledge-base of products and solutions when responding to RFPs. The ability to quickly access and leverage their vast catalog of products, solutions and technical specifications is critical to winning new contracts in this highly competitive industry. With the advent of Generative AI, JAMCO leadership saw an opportunity to give their proposal engineering teams faster and broader access to thousands of pages or engineering drawings of parts and assemblies in the RFP response workflow, resulting in better, more competitive proposals with less business risk for JAMCO. Augmented AI Labs worked closely with the business team to identify the opportunity and to validate the technical approach to the solution.
